We are sharing our initiative to be Plastic Free. My children have asked me to share this with you. When you stay, you will notice we use refillable washing up liquid, soap, a re-usable BBQ and recycling bags and a bucket and spade you are welcome to make use of. There is also a monthly beach clean every last sunday of month if you happen to be interested and also Incredible Bulk do a refill service every month. Thankyou for helping to protect our county

We would like to thanks past and current guests for their patience over the last few years and look forward to safely welcoming you to Cornwall.

We are following government recommended cleaning procedures for covid-19 with approved disinfectant sprays to all surfaces and proper ventilation between stays. We will operate a self-check in process on arrival. We request guests to bring own bedding covers Whilst there is a bucket of spades, books, dvd’s and a small bbq, for use/clean at own risk We also request that guests leave any rubbish bagged in outside bins at end of stay and to observe correct handwashing technique

Visit Cornwall has produced guidelines so the county can manage the increased numbers of visitors, safely and pre-booking tickets, restaurants may be necessary. Please check with individual attractions and venues for updated procedures and book in advance.

Thankyou for your co-operation and we look forward to welcoming you to Cornwall

Please read our updated T and C’s for coronavirus guidelines in these unprecedented times. This includes notification of any covid symptoms before, during or after your stay. We appreciate your co-operation to keep all of us safe and healthy

Travel advice-2021 March bookings

Government has now given clear advice re travel and the message to STAY at home and we can resume holidays from 12th April. We are a responsible local business and have been part of this community for over 20 years. We operate and run our business in as ethical way as possible. As a family business we are facing this crisis and taking each day as it comes, like so many others. We would urge as many of our visitors to re-book this year if possible when safe to travel. After an empty winter and spring season, we were relying on this season, but safety is first. We will be as flexible as possible and know how much you are looking forward to your holiday. Our Charlestown place stays open year round and is walking distance from the beautiful south coast and historical village. There are some great things to do in the area during autumn and winter, including all kinds of festivities at Eden and National trust gardens nearby .We would like to thank all our visitors and regulars for your amazing loyalty and patience, we wouldn’t exist without you. We will continue to post photos of nature so that you can keep in touch and Cornwall will welcome you with open arms when this has resolved. Please stay safe we will keep you updated
